Barnstaple Poverty Action Group ... is currently running a ‘drop in’ centre at Lynton Community Hospital every Thursday morning. BPAG is a registered charity which tries to support people with the following issues: debts, budgeting, form filling, welfare benefits, housing and job hunting.
