Home Groups

Every Fortnight on a Friday evening up to 35 people between the ages of 24--80 meet together in 3 no House Groups in Lynton & Barbrook. People from our Church as well as representatives from other Churches in the area. All with the common desire to enhance our Christian experience & journey from Bible Study, Discussion , Fellowship and Prayer. At the moment we are undertaking the follow up course from our recent successful "Alpha" "Challenging Lifestyles" Looking at DVD Studies from Nicky Gumbel on the Sermon on the Mount with topics like " How to change the world around you" " How to handle conflict" & "How to stop worrying and start living" If you would like to be part of this exciting Adventure please contact Brian Mogford on 01598753718 or brian.mogford@mypostoffice.co.uk for more details.

A major part of our Christian journey is to support, encourage and learn from one another’s experience. Those of us who have attended our Home Groups have found them a valuable opportunity to grow in our faith. During the last Year we have used various Bible Studies and DVD aids to help us. At the moment we are undertaking a post Alpha course “Challenging Lifestyles” based on the Sermon on the Mount. With up to 30 people meeting in 3 separate groups on a fortnightly basis. We really believe this a vital part of our Christian experience and is available to everyone.
