LYDIATE LODGE

Mary and I have for many years now, gone to the lodge to lead a very short service for the residents. It’s always a joy to meet up with them, and they all seem to enjoy singing hymns and hearing stories from the Bible. It used to be long-term residents but now it seems to be different residents each month. We receive a warm welcome from the staff each month, they are unsure of the future, but do their best to provide good service to the residents.

Anyone who would like to come with us any month, it’s the first Tuesday in the month at 4.30pm, after ‘Afternoon Tea at The URC’.
